My name is Jackson and I am a basset-shepherd mix. I was dropped off at M'Shoogy's because I had heartworms and my family couldn't afford to give me medication. Thank goodness for me. Now, I am healthy and happy and I'm ready to go to another family. Small children and I don't get along so I can only go home with you if you don't have any small children. (Update: Jackson was adopted in June 2005 but was returned because the other dogs in the household wouldn't accept him. How traumatic this must have been for him! Please help us find him a forever home!)
